We offer FREE WORLDWIDE shipping of all out products. It takes normally up to 5 days, for some countries outside USA and Canda, it can take longer. Please allow 1 to 3 business days for order processing. Shipments do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays. For this reason, actual delivery dates sometimes differ from transit times.

Returns, Replacements and Warranty
Please note that we want to provide 100% customer satisfaction, so if your cell phone is defect just send it back and you will supply you a new one. Some items might be posted as "In Stock" on our web site that are not available for shipping, as we process limited quantity orders on first come first serve bases and it may take time to update the stock status on our website.
The warranty coverage extends twelve (12) months from the date of original purchase, unless otherwise stated.
Returns can only be permitted within 21 days from the date of purchase. Please note this usually means that sales have a 15 to 17-day return policy, from the day you receive it. Customers are responsible to send back merchandise at their own expense to our address in Europe.
All the returns must include original factory box and original factory packaging (foam plastic wrappings, etc.). Returns (Defective, Non-defective) also need to have blank unfilled warranty cards, with all the instruction booklets and paperwork. Do not deface original factory cartons or packaging in any manner. We will not accept a return if packaging is not in its original condition. All the returned merchandise must be in its original mint and clean condition.
Returns on damaged or scratched merchandise will not be accepted. All returns must include all the factory accessories that came with the item. If any packed accessories are missing, the return will not be accepted.
MyUnlockedCellPhones.com will authorize all returns via email with an authorization number and instructions prior to shipping any goods back to us. The original receipt, or a copy of it, will also need to be enclosed.
Your receipt is considered valid for all manufacturers’ warranties (when applicable). Your receipt will be required for any future warranty or insurance claims you may need to make. Please store in a safe place.
If case of shipping damages any item you receive, immediately contact us. Keep all shipping cartons and contact our customer service immediately.
We reserve the right to limitf the quantity of merchandise ordered. All images on our website are for illustration only, and may not represent the exact product described. We are not responsible for typographical errors on our website.

Ordering is easy and convenient. Simply select your favorite items, add them to your shopping cart and click "check out" for your order total. Once you have entered your shipping address, the shipping total will appear to the right of the "payment options" screen. MyUnlockedCellPhones.com has no minimum order requirement.

For all prices, products and offers, MyUnlockedCellPhones.com reserves the right to make adjustments due to changing market conditions, product discontinuation, manufacturer's price changes, errors in advertisements and other extenuating circumstances. My Unlocked Cell Phones assumes no liability or responsibility for any errors or omissions in the content on the Site.
Other Important Issues
Life Timer on the phone cannot be more than 60 minutes to be accepted for exchange or refund. Before returning any product to us, you first MUST obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Any merchandise returned without an RMA number will be refused. To obtain a RMA, please contact us (click here to contact us) (request must contain your full name, order number and contact phone number). RMA number is only valid for 14 days from the issue date.
